They showed up the next day, on time, and moved my wife's upright Kawai with great care.... read more The piano has profound sentimental value to her, and I was pleased to see them treat her instrument with a high level of care and attentiveness -- it was as if it was their own. There were a series of difficult and tight corners coming out of the outgoing house, which they maneuvered without causing any damage. Finally, they placed the piano perfectly in our new living room. Ask them about a moving and tuning package! As a non-player, I wasn't privy to the fact that pianos must be re-tuned after every move. They offered me a discount on tuning since we were already moving it. Lucas came by right behind the moving team and tuned the piano, and even educated me on on a feature that I didn't even know the piano had. Lucas was amazingly proficient and did a thorough job. I'll definitely be using them for all my piano-related needs for now on.
